As an appointed representative of Aspray you will manage Property Damage Insurance Claims, with using vetted contractors on each claim. As an appointed representative of Aspray you will ensure that each property is reinstated to its previous condition as swiftly as possible.

  3. Head Office 121 interview for selected candidates
  4. Guided Due Diligence
  5. Speak with existing franchisees
  6. Submit research project
  7. Directors offer or decline
  8. Deposit paid
  9. Final balance paid
  10. Signing of franchise agreement

Background

Do you have the attributes of an Aspray Franchisee?

The ideal background of a franchisee will be either Project Management, Quantity Surveyor, Financial Services, Building Maintenance or Management. However, applicants from other backgrounds will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the skills required to person the role.

The Financials

As a franchisee you will be embarking on the development of a start-up business opportunity and it is important that you do not lose sight of this when considering whether a franchise is right for you.

The franchise purchase fee is £37,500 + VAT.
