What are Brooke Sinclair Licensee Territories?

Brooke Sinclair’s Licensees are awarded an exclusive Post Coded Territory which contains a minimum of 10,000 SME businesses. Licensees are given exclusivity to market their services within their own Territory. However, Licensees are still able to deal with owners outside their own Territory in which case all client fees are split equally between the two respective Licensees.

Who collects Fees from Clients?

Brooke Sinclair Head Office is responsible for collecting all Client Fees so Licensees are free to concentrate on servicing existing clients and recruiting new clients.

How much can Brooke Sinclair Licensees earn?

Brooke Sinclair’s Licensees can realistically earn £100,000 p.a.

Licensees earn two types of fees. Firstly, there is the initial ‘Marketing Fee’ which owners pay for the Broker to value and market their business to appropriate buyers and secondly; there is the ‘Success Fee’ which owners pay when their business is sold. The ‘Success Fee’ is usually charged as a percentage of the business selling price.

How much does a Brooke Sinclair License cost?

Brooke Sinclair Licensees only pay £10,000-plus VAT for their License which includes full Training, Marketing materials and Ongoing Support.

The License is for an initial 5 Years Term which is renewable thereafter for further 5 Years Terms without payment of any further License Renewal Fees.

Does Brooke Sinclair provide a Money-Back Guarantee to its Licensees?

Yes. Brooke Sinclair provides a full Money-Back Guarantee to its new Licensees. If after 12 Months of operating their Licensed Business Brokerage, Licensees have not met their income expectations then they will receive their Licensee Fee back minus the training, marketing and recruitment costs.
