What is a Sale & Leaseback transaction?

The Process

1) Find The Land

Using online portals such as RightMove,Plotfinder etc you  source development land with planning permission for housing development projects.

2) Find The Builder

Find a local builder willing to take on the project. This may be a personal contact, a recommendation, someone who has worked with or for you before, or simply someone that you have sourced locally.

3) Earn Your Commission

Once a project has been proposed and agreed by the lender and the legals have been completed  you will earn your introducer commission. It’s that simple!

No Experience Necessary

You do not need any previous experience in land sourcing or housing development. No expertise is required, you are literally carrying out the initial work to source the right location and personnel to carry out the project.

Contacts in the building trade would be beneficial but we will mentor and guide  you to be able to earn a fantastic income (often in the tens of thousands of pounds!)

When you find land with planning and a builder to build our in house appraisals team will assess and if approved with introduce it to the funder to decide if it’s a deal they wish to do.
