Your income depends on the average rent in your area, relevant fee structure and the number of properties you let and manage each month.
As an example, if you let 4 properties per month, with an average rent of £1325 pcm you will earn over £70,000 in year one. As your portfolio grows your baseline income from your management fees will increase year on year. Based on our example your portfolio income would be worth approx £40,000 at the end of year one.
This provides you with a regular monthly income and stability to scale your growth, and to start to build a team to help you to manage your property portfolio locally. So, you can be more productive to acquire new business, focus your time on managing your team, or work fewer hours.
