Our KW Energise Market Centre is a business hub providing estate agency support services to our Agents so that they can best serve their customers.

It is the home of the Market Centre leadership team who are there to personally support you and your business. They are available in person, via Zoom, on the phone, whatsapp or on email – however you choose to communicate. We believe having people that you can meet up with to support you is a very important part of our Value Proposition.

Your Market Centre regularly hosts training events and roadshows where the team go out to agency specific areas.

Like all new businesses, there will be some setup and running costs.

We aim to keep these costs as low as possible for you. Your KW Setup and running costs, as well as your additional costs are listed below.

– Your KW setup cost £250 +VAT

– Monthly KW cost is £185 +VAT

• Register as a Limited Company £40
• Register with ICO for Data Protection £40 p/a
• Become a member of PRS £85 p/a
• Register with HMRC for Money Laundering £300 p/a
• Public Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance – £20 p/m

Your Income Potential

When you start each year, you will receive 63% of the income you generate.

27% of the income contributes towards your cap, which is the maximum amount you will pay to Keller Williams in a given year. Once you have reached your cap, you will receive 98% of the income you generate until the start of next year when it will reset.
