YOUR ROLE AS A FRANCHISEE
As a franchisee with your exclusive postcode area, has tens of thousands of potential clients. Every month we will give you a list of handpicked companies that are looking for salespeople.
On top of this, we will supply you with sales people looking for their next challenge. This enables you to spend your valuable time talking and meeting with clients without having to do all this grunt work.
Don’t forget – Most sales recruitment agencies charge clients 20-40% of the first years target earnings of the sales person. This can be as much as £10,000 for an entry level sales role!
It is as easy as picking up the phone arranging a meeting and letting the client know how we can help them save thousands in their efforts to build revenue-generating sales teams.
LET’S TALK NUMBERS
For every salesperson that you successfully place you will charge the client 10% of the on-target earnings of the role. This is an introductory fee as our standard fee is 14% (some companies charge 20-40%)
For example: In a job role with target earnings of £36,000, the client fees charged will be £3,600
There will be a lot of building relationships in this first year but let’s say you achieve ten placements all with a 10% fee, your income will be 10 x £3,600 = £36,000
In your second year, things will start to develop as the relationships you built now start to pay dividends.
Let’s say you achieve 20 placements, 15 at the lower rate of 10% and 5 at the normal rate of 14%. All based on an expected salary for placements of £36,000.
This gives you a revenue of ((15 x £3,600) + (5 x £5,040)) = £79,200. With very little expenditure.
Expected Income:
YEAR 1 – £36,000
YEAR 2 – £80,000
YEAR 3 – £130,000
You may decide to build your team of recruiters to really boost your sales. Each recruiter you add should generate around £40k-£100k of business for you.
