Aeroponics is often considered superior to hydroponics in certain contexts due to the following advantages:

1. Increased Oxygenation: In aeroponics, plant roots are suspended in air and misted with nutrient solutions. This maximizes oxygen exposure, which enhances root respiration and overall plant health, leading to faster growth rates compared to hydroponics, where roots are submerged in water or a growing medium.

2. Water Efficiency: Aeroponics uses significantly less water than hydroponics because the misting system delivers nutrients directly to the roots in smaller, more controlled amounts. This makes aeroponics ideal for water conservation and sustainability efforts.

3. Nutrient Absorption: The fine mist of aeroponics allows for more efficient nutrient delivery. Roots absorb the mist more effectively than in hydroponics, where nutrient solution uptake can be less controlled due to water volume and medium saturation.

Technical Support

GrowSpec franchisees do not need to become ‘experts’ in Vertical Farming as they will be supplied with the necessary material and data to give to interested parties. Plus, there will always be a GrowSpec expert to speak with your clients and answer any questions they might have.

Additionally, franchisees do not have to worry about the installation or ongoing maintenance of the systems because, again, GrowSpec have an expert team of professionals to deal with that.

If a franchisee wants to learn more about the product, there will be training sessions provided on a weekly and monthly basis, and help is only ever a phone call away. It should be noted that two of the world’s leading Agronomists are shareholders within the business.

Marketing Support

GrowSpec will be responsible for national marketing and PR, as well as utilising social media and blog posts to generate enquiries that will be shared with the franchisees.

Many other marketing channels will be considered, such as trade shows, food festivals, and ‘Home & Garden’ shows, as well as partnership arrangements with gardening influencers, chefs, and educators who can showcase the ‘FarmCube Ultra’ to their followers.

If you are successful in being awarded one of the franchises, your first task will be to attend a full day of sales training, which will include an explanation of where, what, and who your target market is. Further training to gain a better understanding of science and technology is also available if required.

Although many of your sales are likely to come from contacts you have introduced and ‘professional’ users, like, Restaurants, Hotels, Takeaways, Cafes, Chefs, Community Groups, Educational Institutions, Gardeners and Landscapers, there is also a massive market for private individuals who will be looking to rent an indoor compact farm.

These can be installed in their garage, shed or outbuilding to produce their crops to either use or sell to distributors or directly to end-users, whether that be the general public at local markets or local eating establishments.

Over and above the running costs and rental fee, there are good profits to be made each month for those clients operating from home and favourable deals are available to any franchisees who would also like to grow crops from their rental unit, whether that be Leafy-Greens, Micro-Herbs etc etc.

The Financial Investment

Those who are successful in being awarded a franchise in 2024 will only be charged £10,000 plus VAT, which represents a big discount on the proposed price that will be charged from January 2025.

Your Earning Potential

Franchisee will receive £4,500 commission on every FarmCube Ultra that they sell or rent but they will also receive an override of £2,000 from every sale or rental the franchisees in their region make.

Franchisees will also receive a 5% commission on all consumables their clients use and maintenance contracts sold, and will also be paid a £500 commission for introducing any new franchise enquiries that are successful in being awarded.

Franchisee Requirements

Prospective franchisees don’t need to have any experience in either Business, Sales, Gardening, or Farming. You will be given the material and support needed to help close any deals and you are not involved in either the installation or maintenance of the systems.

Your role is to generate interest from professional or private individuals and from businesses who would benefit massively from having a ‘FarmCube Ultra’ or a BioCube Container Farm and to follow up on leads you are given from GrowSpec. That interest can come from anywhere in the UK Europe or Asia Africa, Americas.
